Allow user to create additional documentation as a layer that can be exported to KMZ as placemarks. Placemarks include:

• 3D view screen captures with Title/Note capability
• Note Placemarks that can include HTML, Links, email addresses, text, and images
• Read KMZ files created by SmartPlan that contain pictures, tracks, and notes from the field and import them into ESW files. The resulting placemarks display in Earthwork and allow the user to view them by double-clicking on the Icon in the Documentation layer.

1. Within the 3D mode, maneuver to the desired 3D view. Press the 3D Note Icon on the toolbar (keyboard shortcut suggestions?)
2. A placemark using the above icons (depending on background, use white for GE export, dark for plansheet backgrounds) is placed at the view spot and the dialog below displays with the picture captured.

Elements include:

• The 3D picture that's captured.
• Title - highlighted when the dialog initially displays with a default name of “3D -1 (incrementing) ” etc.
• A notes memo box that allows the user to add text and other note elements.
• Pressing Ok creates the 3D Note. Pressing Cancel (not shown) cancels creation of the note
