====== Gradework 1.0 Release ======

This is almost done after the fact but it intended wrap the initial release of Gradework. Major features of Gradework are: (note that changes included in Sitework 4D are denoted and otherwise these features should not be included in Gradework)


  * Reading LAS Files with sampling and compression (Dynamic) (complete)
  * Reading and downsampling of orthomosaic TIFs (complete)
  * New Export of KMZ & ADF (included in Sitework 4D)
  * Revision of Export to an Export menu option instead of Save As (included in Sitework 4D
      * Clean up Save As options
      * Addition of Ground Control Point file exports in a variety of formats
      * Addition of reading Shp files
  * Support for LL/State Plane Transformations and EPSG codes (complete)
