 What I'm imagining is while in Gradework/future Sitework, any Materials Area structures in the file are listed by name with a checkbox on whether they are present as a sectional in Gradework. We may want to consider for this dialog also listing the total sectional depth. Checking the box means that area is used as Sectional area as well.

+While we're leading with the idea of putting in materials first and using the Areas in Earthwork there's a symmetry to going the other way as well. By adding the Materials Structure list as an option to the Report Regions/Sectional dialog the user can also start his Materials takeoff if it begins in Sitework/Gradework. Structures need to be selectable from the list, allow displaying of the list, and the ability to add a structure as well. Giving the materials details of the selected structure also allows feedback that the correct structure is being picked.
