+Joe Esitmator has a call from the field that a superintendent is out walking the job with SmartPlan. He's tracked the base of a stockpile not shown on the plans, taken pictures of it and and an unidentified pipe sticking out of the ground. The super wants Joe to call the engineer and ask about both.
+Joe doesn't have the Java Access client so he goes to Access.agtek com (Note: I think this should be a link on the AGTEK website. Possibly under support or maybe with header menu option of it's own)
+From there he's prompted for his login and password (same as checking out a key) and upon success sees the Files page first. Scrolling down he finds the correct project and clicks on folders to get to \ProjectName\Tracks. The new kmz his superintendent shot is there and he clicks on it which causes a download. Depending on the browser he either clicks on the file or selects Run to load the file into Google Earth for Viewing.
+(One design question is whether to have a Projects menu option that is more of a complete dashboard representation of all aspects of a project. That doesn't preclude the file view but might be an alternative viewpoint that ties together tracks,etc.)
